Our Guarantee
If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and make it right — no charge, no argument, for twelve months after the job is finished. That promise is written into the contract you sign before we start, not buried in fine print you never see.

The guarantee covers our labor — the quality of the work itself, for one year from the day the job is completed.
Anything we installed, repaired, replaced, or built. If a drywall patch cracks along our seam, a deck board we fastened works loose, a door we hung starts binding, or a fixture we mounted comes down — that's on us.
The same one-year coverage applies whether it was a full deck rebuild or a single hour of punch-list work. Small jobs are not treated as disposable.
No trip fee, no diagnostic fee, no labor charge to correct covered work. We schedule it like any other job and we fix it.
You don't have to take our word for it after the fact. The warranty terms are in the written contract you sign electronically before any work begins, so you have them in hand from day one.
We would rather be straight with you now than have an uncomfortable conversation later. A workmanship warranty covers our labor — it isn't a warranty on the products themselves or on the rest of the house.
We can guarantee that a faucet was installed correctly. We can't guarantee the faucet. Materials and fixtures are covered by their own manufacturer warranties — and if one fails, we'll help you identify the warranty and get the claim started.
You're welcome to supply your own fixtures, flooring, doors, or hardware, and our installation of them is still covered. The products themselves are not — we don't warranty defects, product failures, or missing and damaged parts on materials we didn't purchase.
Finishes age, caulk eventually shrinks, wood moves with the seasons, and houses settle. Storm damage, impact damage, and ordinary wear over time aren't workmanship failures.
Sometimes the right fix is a repair on a structure that's already near the end of its life, and we tell you that before we start. When we've recommended replacement and you've asked us to repair instead, the repair itself is covered — but the underlying condition we warned you about isn't.
If our work is modified, moved, or worked on by someone else afterward, or damaged by misuse, we can't stand behind what's there now. We're happy to come look either way.
There's no claim form, no portal, and no phone tree.
Reach us at 412-353-5341 or [email protected]. A photo of the problem is the fastest way to show us what's going on.
We'll come out and see it in person. If it's our workmanship, we schedule the fix. If it turns out to be something else, we'll tell you honestly what it is and what it would take to address.
We're a local, owner-operated business based in Moon Township — not a franchise routing your call to a dispatcher. The person who did the work is the person who comes back. We're not going anywhere, and our reputation here is worth more than the cost of fixing the rare job that doesn't hold up. Read more about how we work or see recent projects.
