About the Pittsburgh Area

Greater Pittsburgh isn't one kind of place — it's dozens of small towns and townships stitched together along three rivers, each with its own housing stock and its own maintenance headaches. Riverfront boroughs like Coraopolis, McKees Rocks, Ambridge, and Monaca were built up in the early-to-mid 1900s around the steel and manufacturing economy, so a lot of what we see there is plaster walls, original trim, and homes that have been through a hundred years of Pittsburgh winters. Drive twenty minutes in almost any direction and the housing gets newer — planned developments in Robinson Township and Cranberry Township from the 1990s and 2000s, well-kept streetcar-suburb homes in Mt. Lebanon, and everything in between.

What that means in practice: the repairs we do change depending on where we are. Older river towns tend to need trim carpentry, plaster and drywall work, and door and window repairs that respect original construction. Newer developments are hitting the age where decks, caulking, and builder-grade fixtures start failing all at once. We work in both, and we adjust the approach rather than treating every job the same way.

Being based in Moon Township — close to Pittsburgh International Airport and within easy reach of I-79, I-376, and Route 60 — puts us within a short drive of most of the communities below. No matter which part of the region you're in, if you don't see your town listed, reach out anyway. There's a good chance we already work nearby.
