If a homeowner-supplied item does not fit or is not compatible, we will explain the issue and discuss options. Additional work, different materials, or a replacement product may be needed.
Material pickup depends on the job and should be discussed before scheduling. Larger pickups, special trips, or extra material handling may affect pricing.
We warranty our workmanship, but we do not warranty manufacturer defects, product failures, or missing/damaged parts from homeowner-supplied materials.
